Random Grabs #4 (I need record frames)
I was supposed to be helping a friend move today. I’m super broke and am actively saving for a house so a nice day of physical labor and no free time to spend money sounded pretty good. Unfortunately the moving thing got cancelled so instead I remembered that credit cards existed and went down to Waterloo Records and OMG LOOK AT THESE SOUNDTRACKS I BOUGHT!!!
Heroes Come In All Sizes
Marvel Studio’s Ant Man in theaters July 17
Ohhh yeeaaah…
Nothing random about this grab. I was counting the days for the Guardians of the Galaxy Blu-ray to come out. Tried my best to snatch up one of the Best Buy exclusive steelbooks but they were sold out after one hour of opening the store. Instead I bought the 3D version AND the exclusive Groot Walmart edition.
The Dark Side and the Light
Star Wars: The Force Awakens fan art by Legion of Potatoes. Who’s excited?
Random Grabs #2 (Black Friday Edition)
This year was my first ever intentional Black Friday shopping excursion. I only visited two Best Buys and one local comic shop and it was pretty late in the day but it still counts I guess. Here’s my small loot…
The Karate Kid and Drive steelbooks! These are part of a new limited edition pop artist line of Blu-ray steelbooks exclusive to Best Buy. I would have definitely grabbed a couple more if the bank had permitted.
My only scores that were actually discounted were the Planet of the Apes Legacy Collection including all five original films and the Wizard of Oz. A total savings of thirty five bucks!
Happy grabbing everyone!

There Are No Strings On Me
Not a typical Music Monday post but since I love the score so much on this trailer I felt it appropriate. Plus can you really watch this thing too many times?
